Al Pacino seems to be returning to his "Godfather" days, as he was recently spotted in character on the set of his new action film, "Father Joe."

The sighting came as his ex-partner, Noor Alfallah, had weighed in on her relationship status with the legendary actor, about a year after they ended their relationship.

Noor Alfallah said she and Al Pacino are "together every day," as they continue to co-parent their son, Roman, whom they welcomed in 2023.

The Academy Award winner was in character and looked every bit a mob boss while on the set of "Father Joe."

Pacino, known for his iconic role as Michael Corleone in the three "Godfather" movies, was decked out in a beige suit and a massive fur coat to complete the look, according to photos.

The action thriller will star Kiefer Sutherland as Father Joe, alongside Pacino, with Barthélémy Grossmann directing.

Per reports, the upcoming movie is set in 1990s Manhattan, with Sutherland's character, Joe, described as a man of fate hell-bent on bringing down the criminal underworld to its knees.

Pacino was previously spotted out with his baby mama, Alfallah, as they arrived at LAX. The actor reportedly looked downcast at the time, likely due to the passing of his former co-star, Diane Keaton.

Alfallah recently shared an update on her relationship with Pacino. The former couple were first linked in 2020, and three years later, they welcomed their child.

However, they called it quits last year, with a rep for the "Scarface" actor saying they'd shifted from romantic partners to "very good friends" as they focus on their co-parenting journey.

During an interview with TMZ, Alfallah was asked about what was currently going on between them while she went about her business outside the Beverly Hills Hotel.

"How's baby Roman doing?" a photographer for the news outlet asked, to which she replied: "He's two now! Getting big!"

"What's going on there? Are you guys back together? Are you officially together?" the paparazzi pressed further. However, the film producer appeared to play coy about the question.

"We're together every day!" she explained. "Who doesn't want to be together with him? He's the coolest guy."

During her chat with the news outlet, Alfallah steered the conversation away from her relationship with Pacino by discussing her upcoming movie with the actor, "Dead Man's Wire," directed by Gus Van Sant.

The film also features Bill Skarsgård, "Stranger Things" alums Cary Elwes and Dacre Montgomery, and Colman Domingo.

"We have a movie coming out together. 'Dead Man's Wire,' January 9. Everybody go see it," she told TMZ. "I would love to do any movie with Al. Who doesn't want to have Al in their movie?"

Speculation about Alfallah's relationship with the Oscar winner has been ongoing for some time now, notably after she filed a petition for physical custody shortly after giving birth to their child.

She was later granted joint legal custody with Pacino, forking out $30,000 monthly in child support payments.

Last year, Pacino confirmed that his relationship dynamic with her had changed when asked about his love life, stating simply, "No. I have friendship."

Aside from his child with Alfallah, Al Pacino is also dad to 35-year-old daughter Julie, whom he shares with acting coach Jan Tarrant, and also has 24-year-old twins Anton and Olivia with actress Beverly D'Angelo.

The 85-year-old Hollywood icon has never been married but has dated a lineup of famous stars, including Kathleen Quinlan and the late Diane Keaton.

Keaton, who recently passed away after battling a health issue, starred alongside Pacino in the "The Godfather" trilogy, and the pair began dating in 1974.

They had an on-again, off-again relationship, and eventually split for good in 1990 after the actress gave him an ultimatum and he refused to commit to marriage.

A close friend of the actor spoke to the Daily Mail after Keaton's death and revealed that Pacino regrets not tying the knot with her as he always saw her as the "love of his life."

"I know he will forever regret he didn't make his move when he had the chance," the insider said. "For years after he and Diane split, Al used to say, 'If it's meant to be, it's never too late for a do-over.' But sadly, now it is."

"Looking back, Al admits the love of his life was Diane, whom he's always called 'an amazing woman,'" the friend added.

Meanwhile, Pacino has always been open about his lack of enthusiasm for matrimony. In his tell-all memoir "Sonny Boy," he describes marriage as "an entrance to the pain train" and shares his thoughts on love and commitment.

"Everything's a ticket to the pain train. A ticket or nothing: 'Are you going to go or not?' 'No, I'll stay here. I'll stay here at the station, I'm not getting on,'" he stated, per People Magazine.

He went further to note that while marriage may be ideal for some people, it never felt right for him.

"(Marriage) can suit you, by all means. (But) I just didn't feel it ever suited me for some reason," he said.

"I loved living together (with women), and then... it depends on who you are getting along with," Pacino added. "If you live together with someone, there's got to be... You have to have this communion. If you don't, it's almost an invasion. So I like to know that if I find a human that I can connect with."
