Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford new simulation sees one-sided savage KO as fighter dropped five times

Terence Crawford will hope that a simulation of his huge showdown with Canelo Alvarez is set to come true.

The pound-for-pound superstars are set to meet in boxing’s ‘Fight of the Century’ under the bright lights of Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium this Saturday.

Crawford is stepping up 14lbs from 154lbs to 168lbs to take on Alvarez, with the pair battling for the Mexican’s undisputed super-middleweight world titles live on Netflix around the globe.

With boxing’s biggest prize on the line, the boxing world can barely divide the two elite operators.

Alvarez is the slight favourite due to his natural size at the weight, where he has regularly campaigned for several years.

For Crawford it is the unknown, but fans are convinced he will put up a good display having shown off his new-look physique ahead of the bout.

Victory would be an ultimate dethroning and completion of his stellar undefeated career.

Although many have failed to pick a winner, boxing video game Undisputed has already decided the fate of the mega commercial showdown.

How did the Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford fight simulation end?

It was epic ring walks and packed crowds to greet the pair just as it will be this weekend.

But what followed in the opening round was a slug-fest which seems highly unlikely early on, given their respective world class defences.

Neither Crawford or Alvarez have been counted as professionals, but within the opening round the champion found himself eating the canvas.

It was an uppercut which clipped the body which sent Alvarez crumbling to the canvas on his back.

The simulation showed Crawford completely in control[/caption]

Crawford continued the onslaught after the title-holder rose to his feet, and battered him to the body again seeing him drop to a knee for the second time.

Luckily he regained his composure at the start of the second round via the stool, and appeared to be out of the woods covering up well.

But Crawford’s power, which it is currently unclear how it will translate at the increased weight, detonated again and dropped Alvarez this time with a crisp right hook to the temple.

A fourth knockdown occurred in the fourth, with Crawford again chopping Alvarez to the body as proceedings turned into a shock battering.

It was a matter of the time for the champion, in an outcome which would likely leave the boxing world in a state of pure shock.

The one-sided beatdown finally ended just seven punches later, as a liver punch saw him collapse again and this time he failed to beat the count.

Crawford celebrated wildly and the legacy-defining bout was literally won entirely in his favour.

It was an absolute onslaught and one-sided beatdown, which is exactly the outcome that Crawford inflicted on Errol Spence in 2023.

But Alvarez is one of the best in the modern era and is unlikely to roll over as easily as that given his physical advantages.

The American will hope he can mirror this simulation on the night, which he believes would rank him as an all-time great.
