Conor Benn flaunts ripped physique as exact weight revealed 10 weeks before Chris Eubank Jr rematch

Conor Benn looks ripped and ready 10 weeks out from his rematch with Chris Eubank Jr.
The bitter rivals are set to renew their hostilities on November 15 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium after a fight of the year contender in April.
Benn, a natural welterweight, stepped up two weight classes to box Eubank Jr at middleweight.
While Eubank Jr struggled to boil down to the 160lbs limit – missing weight by half an ounce – Benn came in at a lean 156.4lbs.
Now, 10 weeks out from their sequel, ‘The Destroyer’ is sitting at a similar weight.
In a video uploaded to his social media channels, the 28-year-old tipped the scales at his gym in Essex at 70.8kg (156lbs).
Benn looks to be in fantastic nick, with a visible six-pack on display as he commences his training camp.
What are the weight terms for Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn II?
For a time, it seemed as though a second fight was destined to fall apart.
The initial plan was for the bout to take place on September 20, but negotiations threatened to collapse when Eubank Jr failed to sign his side of the deal.
In the end, a deal was struck for two months after the original date, with all of the weight stipulations for their inaugural encounter still in place.
After Eubank Jr cuts to 160lbs on the Friday, he will once again be unable to rehydrate above 170lbs at a second weigh-in on the morning of the fight.
This 10lbs rehydration clause was met with backlash from several preeminent voices in the boxing sphere, who argued that the Brighton boxer shouldn’t be held in a weight-drained state for so long.
Eubank Jr was rushed to the hospital in the immediate aftermath of their first meeting due to chronic dehydration.
Revealing the extent of his condition during a recent appearance on the Diary of a CEO podcast, Eubank Jr said: “I was in the hospital, lying in the bed, and they had IV drops to get all the liquid into your system.
“My bladder was [full] and I needed to pee. For about two hours, I would stand over the toilet and it would not go, and I’m dying to go.
“That’s how dehydrated I was; my body wouldn’t let any liquid go; it was holding on to everything.
“I saw myself in the mirror; my face was all puffed up, I had a massive cut across my eye, my headache is crazy.
“I’m feeling sorry for myself; I’ve got my family around me, some of them are crying, and I’m thinking, ‘This is so bad’.”
