Donna Kelce Shades Travis and Jason Kelce’s Exes, Calls Them 'Adversaries'

Donna Kelce had her guard up before Traitors gameplay started, concerned she might run into an unsavory figure from her family’s past.

Kelce, 73, was asked who she did “not want to see“ upon entertaining the iconic castle in a video posted on Wednesday, January 7.

“Maybe some of my sons’ adversaries,” she said. “That could either be on other teams, or it could be coaches, or it could be past girlfriends.”

Donna, of course, is mother to Jason and Travis Kelce, both of whom have experienced professional and personal highs and lows in the public eye.

While not much is known about Jason’s dating history before he married his wife, Kylie Kelce, in 2018, the same certainly can’t be said for Travis. 

Before getting engaged to Taylor Swift last year, Travis, 36, most notably dated influencer Kayla Nicole off-and-on for five years before breaking up for good in 2022. 

Travis also starred on the E! reality dating show Chasing Kelce in 2016. 

As for who she was hoping to see inside the Traitors castle, Donna said Martha Stewart, Stevie Nicks and Shaquille O’Neal. 

Sadly, nobody from that trifecta made the cut. 

The fourth season of the American version of The Traitors — which is hosted by Alan Cumming and premieres Thursday, January 8, on Peacock — finds Donna competing against the likes of Dancing With the Stars pro Mark Ballas, Olympic figure skater Tara Lipinski, The Real Housewives of New York City’s Dorinda Medley, The Bachelor’s Colton Underwood, The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Candiace Dillard Bassett and comedian Ron Funches. As for her sons’ dating histories, Donna has never been shy about ribbing them. 

During an appearance on Jason, 38, and Travis’ “New Heights” podcast in May 2025, she said, “Jason, you didn’t really bring a lot of ladies home.”

“You dated but I didn’t know any of them,” Donna continued. “With Trav, I met one or two. I knew nothing of anybody you guys were dating in college. You told me zero.”

Donna did let her boys off the hook a little bit, adding, “You were too busy. Did you have any time at all to date? I don’t know.”

Jason said he had “plenty of time,” but pointed to some other factors getting in the way. 

“I had zero game and I looked like an overweight oompa loompa,” he joked. “That’s why I didn’t have any girlfriends. I just sucked at talking to women.”

Donna responded, “You’ve changed, so that’s good.”

Since Jason married Kylie, 33, the couple has welcomed four daughters: Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finnley, born in March 2025. 

Donna has also become close with Swift, 36, since Travis and the pop superstar started dating in 2023, and she’s made it clear she gives their relationship the stamp of approval. 

“I can tell you this, he’s happier than I’ve seen him in a long time,” Donna told WSJ.com in 2023. “God bless him, he shot for the stars!”
