Heat Sign Bez Mbeng; Waive Steve Settle III
The Miami Heat signed guard Bez Mbeng to an Exhibit 10 contract. The Heat also waived forward Steve Settle III from his Exhibit 10 deal. Both Mbeng and Settle are expected to play for the Sioux Falls Skyforce in the upcoming G League season.
Mbeng went undrafted out of Yale at the 2025 NBA Draft. The 6-foot-4 guard averaged 13 points, 5.6 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 1.8 steals for the Bulldogs as a senior.
