Katherine Schwarzenegger Reveals She’d Leave Hollywood Under 1 Condition

Katherine Schwarzenegger’s heart isn’t set on living in Hollywood forever.

Schwarzenegger, 35, opened up about what it would take for her to move out of Tinseltown with her husband, Chris Pratt, and their children.

“I can see myself moving anywhere that my mother, father and my siblings would also move with my husband and I and my children,” she told Fox News Digital on Wednesday, November 5. “So wherever that is, we can have a team huddle and all decide collectively where we’d like to go.”

“I’d like to go anywhere where we can just be around a lot of animals, me personally,” Katherine said. “But I feel like I can get that fix sprinkled in with having my home base be around my family.”

She continued, “Because there’s nothing that is more important to me than being able to be in close proximity to my parents and to my siblings. And to be able to have that for our children is such a huge blessing and a gift. A gift that I can’t get anywhere else.”

Katherine shares kids Lyla, 5, Eloise, 3, and Ford, who will mark his first birthday on Saturday, November 8, with Pratt, 46. The Guardians of the Galaxy actor is also the father of son Jack, 13, whom he welcomed with ex-wife Anna Faris in 2012.

Prior to her admission about what it would take for her to leave Hollywood., Katherine opened up about Pratt being her biggest supporter and their strong family ties.

“Having a partner that you can openly communicate with and share your questions and your concerns about things and your journey through parenthood is a really important part of it,” the Kat and Brandy author told Parents in an interview published on Monday, November 3. “Keeping in mind that you’re on the same team and that your goal is that you both want to raise really good human beings is a really important thing in your parenting journey, and one that I think has been really important for me and for my husband — to be able to have that understanding of being teammates in this is a big thing.”

Katherine also pointed out that she is very close to Maria and leans on her for advice, especially when it comes to finding self-confidence.

“A lot of us can get stuck in negative self-talk and that doesn’t do anything positive for our confidence,” Katherine explained, adding, “The great gift that my mom gave to us kids from the beginning was always an open line of communication that was judgment-free and criticism-free. That allowed us to be able to talk to our mom about anything and everything … That was a huge gift that, as a mother, I really hope to be able to give to my kids.”
