New details further clarify why the Ravens moved on from John Harbaugh

It's hard to remember a Baltimore Ravens season that felt as if it was longer than this one. A 30th-anniversary campaign won't be remembered for the reasons that the faithful had hoped. Things are headed in the wrong direction. The 2023 iteration hosted an AFC Championship Game. They lost. The 2024 season ended earlier than the previous one.

Baltimore lost in the Divisional Round to the Buffalo Bills last January. We can all thank an awful showing loaded with miscues for that result.

This time around? Baltimore wasn't even invited to the AFC's playoffs. Harbaugh and company watched in horror as Tyler Loop's go-ahead field goal attempt traveled right of its target, and by now, you have heard the news. A little less than 48 hours after that loss, Harbaugh was fired as Ravens head coach.
