According to new reports, Prince Harry and Meghan have failed to leave their mark in the entertainment industry. A Hollywood insider alleged the couple were no longer as welcomed as they once were in the industry after wearing through "any good will they had." 

The insider claimed there was "no appetite left for them in LA," as "people are sick of them." They explained that the Sussexes' act had "gotten stale," and no one was buying whatever they were selling. The list seemingly includes Harry and Meghan's primary collaborator, Netflix.

The streaming giant recently downgraded their deal with the Sussexes. Page Six reported that the organization had initially signed a $100 million multi-year deal with the couple before renewing it as a first-look deal.

As for why Harry and Meghan were losing footing in the industry, a source blamed their poor business skills.

"They're just hopeless in professional settings," the source said about Harry and Meghan's poor business skills. They allegedly lacked courtesy and the finesse needed for business, once showing up late to a Netflix meeting and demanding a cup of hot chocolate from an executive.

The alleged incident matched a story shared by a different source, who claimed hot chocolate was Harry's preferred drink at meetings. The Spotify employee recalled his request, sending staffers into a panic because they did not have any on hand and had to scramble to find it.

Another reason why Harry and Meghan were no longer welcomed in Hollywood stemmed from the Duchess's horrible personality.

One source claimed "she's convinced she's smarter than everyone and dismissive," while another alleged Meghan made all the decisions for the Sussexes because of her controlling nature.

The Couple Reportedly Lost Their Standing With The A-List Crowd

The claims of Harry and Meghan's loss of footing in Hollywood come months after sources alleged they had lost some of their A-list friends. The Blast covered the story in July, reporting that the Sussexes' friendship with actor John Travolta was on its last leg.

The Hollywood veteran had reportedly turned cold to the couple, particularly Harry, with a source describing his reaction as a "humiliating" blow to the Duke's ego. They noted Harry had relied on Travolta a lot before he did a complete 180.

The duo's friendship allegedly changed when Travolta became friends with Britney Spears' ex-husband, Sam Asghari. A source added that the "Grease" star did not wish to be linked to Harry and Meghan because of the drama associated with the Sussexes.

Despite being shrouded in negative speculations, other celebrities did not mind mingling with the Sussexes. The Blast shared in September that Harry and Meghan were photographed hanging out with the A-list crowd at Kevin Costner's charity gala in Santa Barbara.

The high-profile event was used to raise money for local fire, police, and sheriff departments. Besides mingling with other celebrities, Harry and Meghan showcased their support for law enforcement and first responder guests.

They looked picture-perfect for the charity gala, with Harry in an all-black ensemble while Meghan rocked a navy blue dress. They were all smiles throughout the event, creating a warm atmosphere that attracted people to them. At one point, Meghan was seen embracing a guest.

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Could Lose Their Royal Titles

While sources claimed Harry and Meghan had worn out their welcome in the entertainment industry, losing their celebrity status might be the least of their problems. The Blast recently reported that the famous couple might be at risk of losing their royal titles.

The problem arose from the Royal Family's shocking decision to strip Harry's uncle of his styles, titles, and honor following his resurfaced ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Formerly known as Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, the royal was reduced to a commoner now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

Sources believed the same could apply to Harry and Meghan after Rachael Maskell proposed the "Removal of Titles Bill."

If adopted, the bill would empower King Charles III with the authority to remove royal titles at his discretion, through recommendations of a joint committee of Parliament, or at the request of the titleholder.
