Penn Cambria 59, Central Cambria 48: In Cresson, Caden Gibbons compiled 23 points and 12 rebounds as the Panthers topped the Red Devils Wednesday.
Landon Semelsberger added 14 points, and Blake Lilly chipped in 11.
A 17-7 advantage in the second quarter gave Penn Cambria a 13-point halftime lead.
Central Cambria’s J.D. Brouse scored 16 points, and Brayden Swope contributed 12.
Turkeyfoot Valley 109, Hancock 49: In Confluence, Lance Jones produced a triple-double consisting of 40 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists as the Rams blasted the Panthers.
Ely Walker added 25 points, eight assists and seven steals.
Bronson Perez chipped in 14 points, and Daniel Younkin netted 12. Corban Stimmell grabbed 10 rebounds, and Lawson Smith snared nine.
Hancock’s Colton Welch netted 11 points.
Shanksville-Shade 59, Ferndale 44: In Shanksville, Parker Belsterling scored 19 points, and Mike Kipp netted 12 points as the host Vikings beat the Yellow Jackets.
Connor Hrivnak topped Ferndale with 16 points, and Logan Bryner tallied 14 points.
Southern Huntingdon County 64, North Star 46: In Three Springs, Daniel Lessley had a game-high 20 points as the Rockets defeated the Cougars.
Southern Huntingdon’s Cohen Snyder had 16 points, and Lucas Creswell netted 13.
Bryce Frombach and Bryson Durst each scored 12 points for North Star.

Conemaugh Township 49, Cambria Heights 48: In Davidsville, Mayce Kordell made two free throws with 3.5 seconds remaining as the host Indians came back to edge the Highlanders.
Quinn Moser led Conemaugh Township with 17 points and chipped in with three steals.
Averie Seiberg had 11 points, and Kordell scored 10 points and made four steals. Kat McCann had seven steals.
Julia Karlheim had 16 points to pace Cambria Heights, and Kinley Rogal scored 14 points.
Bishop McCort Catholic 60, Richland 28: Zoey Ferguson and Ava Zucco each netted 12 points, and Reese Bair scored 10 points as the host Crimson Crushers defeated the Rams.
Trinity Macey and Alyssa Amenti each tallied a team-high eight points for Richland.
Conemaugh Valley 51, Northern Cambria 35: Illy Darcangelo netted 17 points, and Kendra Dietz added 13 more as the host Blue Jays defeated the Colts.
Conemaugh Valley outscored Northern Cambria 19-11 in the fourth quarter.
Northern Cambria’s Alexa Fox supplied 31 of her team’s 35 points.
Greater Johnstown 53, Bedford 42: NaLonai Tisinger tallied 16 points, and Marcella White added 11 as the host Trojans held off the Bisons.
Greater Johnstown led 51-18 after three quarters.
Bedford’s Katie McDevitt netted 23 points.
United 49, Portage 44: In Portage, Lilly McGinnis provided 15 points, and Ella Worthington added 12 as the Lions beat the Mustangs.
United outscored Portage 12-6 in the third quarter.
Portage’s Kendall Bednarski totaled 20 points.
Penn Cambria 52, Somerset 42: In Somerset, Avayah LeMaster and Sophia Beard each scored 17 points to lead the Panthers past the Golden Eagles.
Avery LeMaster netted 13 points for Penn Cambria.
Eve Housley scored a game-high 20 points for Somerset.

State College 5, Conemaugh Valley 4 (OT): Rylen Coffey scored 5:45 into the extra session to lift the Little Lions over the Blue Jays at 1st Summit Arena @ Cambria County War Memorial.
Coffey finished with two goals and one assist. Henry Jacobs supplied two markers, and Ryan Dolphin also buried a goal. Derek Peltzer provided three assists.
Conemaugh Valley’s Hayden Gates and Logan Gentile each scored twice. Teegan McGough added two assists.
