Law enforcement agents were deployed to Kelce's private gated neighborhood on September 15, around 2 a.m. The investigator was then taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing.

Identified as Justin Lee, he was reportedly caught attempting to jump the property's fence and, after his arrest, was scheduled to appear in court on October 15. Lee lamented his situation, revealing that his license to continue practicing as a private eye may be revoked following the charges.

The deposition letter Lee attempted to serve Swift was a part of the legal drama between Baldoni and Swift's friend, Blake Lively.

Lee's episode with Swift came on the heels of fear and panic in her camp over the sudden disappearance of a stalker who had been in her life for several years.

The stalker, named Brian Jason Wagner, reportedly harassed the singer on several occasions, prompting her to request a restraining order, which was granted on June 9.

The order was subsequently extended until September 22 following Wagner's absence and his failure to appear in court on the charges. For weeks, the singer had attempted to track down Wagner with the help of a private investigator, but her efforts were futile.

Wagner made several claims during his active stalking phase with Swift, including calling her the mother of his child and attempting to gain access to her home without permission.
