Toyota Drops Cheap Lease Deal On The 2026 Corolla For October

This Corolla lease deal easily undercuts the Honda Civic’s
The next-generation Toyota Corolla could be completely revolutionary, judging by the new Corolla Concept revealed ahead of the Japan Mobility Show. Until then, the Corolla we have now soldiers on as one of the segment stalwarts, bringing ultra-affordable motoring to the masses.
With a few more features added to the 2026 Corolla, Toyota is offering a few appealing lease deals on the compact sedan, but you’re restricted to the LE trim level if you want to take advantage of them. Here’s a closer look at the numbers.

This Month’s Toyota Corolla Lease Deals

2026 Toyota Corolla LE
For the 2026 model year, the Toyota Corolla’s lease price starts at $189 per month over 36 months, with $4,188 due at signing. That’s for the non-hybrid Corolla in LE guise—it's one of the only new cars you can lease right now for under $200/month, according to Cars Direct. If you value fuel efficiency, you can lease the Toyota Corolla Hybrid LE for $219/month over the same period, with $4,218 due at signing.
The Toyota Corolla leasing deals are based on a mileage limit of 12,000 miles annually, with an additional fee of $0.18/mile above this mileage limit. The lease excludes tax, title, license, registration fees, and any options, and expires on November 3, 2025.
These Toyota Corolla lease offers are available in AL, FL, GA, NC, and SC; other states may offer similar deals, but it’s advisable to check with local dealers. Alternatively, you can pop your zip code into Toyota’s site to see what Corolla lease deals are available in your area.
For the record, the 2026 Corolla LE starts at $22,725, while the Hybrid LE has a base MSRP of $24,575.
Last month, Toyota offered a similar lease deal starting at $199/month for the Corolla Hatchback, but that applied to the 2025 model.

Corolla LE Powertrain and Features

Both the LE and LE Hybrid share the same powertrains as other Corolla sedans, so there’s no sacrifice in going for these base trims in this area. The non-hybrid model has a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine producing 169 horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque. Power goes to the front wheels via a CVT exclusively, as Toyota no longer sells a manual Corolla sedan.
Hybrids are normally quicker and more powerful than their gas-only counterparts, but not in this case. The Corolla Hybrid makes just 138 hp combined. It also has a CVT and FWD, but AWD is available. Neither powertrain will get you anywhere in a hurry, but the hybrid can manage 50 mpg combined—much better than the non-hybrid’s 35 mpg.
Both LE trims get basic 16-inch steel wheels with covers and LED headlights. Inside, you must do without heated seats, a leather-trimmed steering wheel, and wireless device charging. The following items are included, though:
- Eight-inch touchscreen
- Six-speaker sound system
- Wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto
- Seven-inch digital gauge cluster
- Automatic climate control
- Ten airbags
- Blind-spot monitoring
- Radar cruise control
- Road sign assist
The Corolla covers all the basics and will get you around comfortably, but you’ll need to look at alternative trims if you want features like nicer upholstery or a better sound system.

Final Thoughts
The current Corolla has proven itself to be a reliable and efficient sedan. Add a more vibrant color and optional alloys to it, and it doesn’t look bad, either. It can be leased for under $200 this month, which is a lot less than you can lease a Civic for. For shoppers who need to keep their monthly costs as low as possible, the Corolla LE is a great deal. And, if you want to save on gas costs, consider the hybrid.
